

Brainstorm Blog #3
The final one! I had difficulty gathering together good objects that I could realistically carry with me to the show, and therefore I had incredible difficulty coming up with a plan of action. It’s that time of year, where I really need a break. We all do! That said, here are the objects of my choosing: Pretty simple, but it's what I got! These closet drawer boxes break-down into something manageable to carry by hand, and their texture creates a fun tv-static like effect.

Project #2: Artist Statement
Despite a slew of technical difficulties, the final filters are coherent enough to the original idea I had laid out in my brainstorm blog. The angel and demon fit as a pair, and felt connected to my original roots as an artist by modeling the dragon; Dragons were the catalyst that really made me start to draw. We were told that we could make anything in a Blender, and I took that to heart–without considering my own skill level. I took this class specifically to learn Blender,
